I offer therapy services to adults of all ages.
I also provide therapy to adolescents and adults who have been adopted or fostered across cultural lines. In addition to private therapy services, I also offer parent consultation to adoptive and foster caregivers.

Please note that I am only accepting clients for telehealth services at this time.
Insurance & Billing
I am in network with Premera, Lifewise, First Choice, and Kaiser PPO and am considered out-of-network with most other insurance companies. If you would like to use insurance to help pay for counseling, I recommend you contact the customer service of your specific insurance program to confirm your coverage. You may give them my information to see what the coverage would be for my services, specifically. I am also happy to provide an invoice, which many types of insurance will reimburse as out-of-network.
A Good Faith Estimate is available upon scheduling or upon request for uninsured clients or those who do not wish to use insurance to pay for therapy services.
